The most notable of these is the Hoa Binh 5 wind power project - phase 1 (invested by Hacom Bac Lieu Energy Joint Stock Company, a member company of Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company). Officially accredited commercial operation (COD).

New strength for a purely agricultural province
